Possible Scenario for a BIO "Terrorist" Attack

Disturbing thoughts as we view what's the true motivation behind many actions and events taking place in our Country. In an effort to connect some dots I will submit the following to you:

On December 30, 2009, There was an executive order signed by Obama, outlining how
 the US would respond to a bio terror attack.

Executive Order -- Medical Countermeasures Following a Biological Attack

ESTABLISHING FEDERAL CAPABILITY FOR THE TIMELY PROVISION OF
MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURES FOLLOWING A BIOLOGICAL ATTACK

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of the United States to plan and prepare for the timely provision of medical countermeasures to the American people in the event of a biological attack in the United States through a rapid Federal response in coordination with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments.

This policy would seek to: (1) mitigate illness and prevent death; (2) sustain critical infrastructure; and (3) complement and supplement State, local, territorial, and tribal government medical countermeasure distribution capacity.

Sec. 2. United States Postal Service Delivery of Medical Countermeasures. (a) The U.S. Postal Service has the capacity for rapid residential delivery of medical countermeasures for self administration across all communities in the United States. The Federal Government shall pursue a national U.S. Postal Service medical countermeasures dispensing model to respond to a large-scale biological attack.

(b) The Secretaries of Health and Human Services and Homeland Security, in coordination with the U.S. Postal Service, within 180 days of the date of this order, shall establish a national U.S. Postal Service medical countermeasures dispensing model for U.S. cities to respond to a large-scale biological attack, with anthrax as the primary threat consideration.

(c) In support of the national U.S. Postal Service model, the Secretaries of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and Defense, and the Attorney General, in coordination with the U.S. Postal Service, and in consultation with State and local public health, emergency management, and law enforcement officials, within 180 days of the date of this order, shall develop an accompanying plan for supplementing local law enforcement personnel, as necessary and appropriate, with local Federal law enforcement, as well as other appropriate personnel, to escort U.S. Postal workers delivering medical countermeasures.

Since this was issued, I have been finding some disturbing trends.
A woman in Vermont was recently infected with Anthrax spores. She belonged to a Drum Circle. http://tinyurl.com/yjyb72h
It is suspected The Anthrax spores were sent airborne by the heavy beating on the drum, allowing them to be inhaled. (Anthrax must be inhaled or ingested to sicken a person).
If that was a test attack it was brilliant delivery.

In Scotland, six heroin users died & several others were suspected of being infected with Anthrax

Again, the delivery was brilliant.

There have also been several hoaxes, which is still an effective terror tool. Even if not real Anthrax, they succeed in scaring public, officials, and victims.

Now that I have given a couple of examples, I will tell you a bit more about what COULD be an orchestrated attack. I will let you judge who may be orchestrating it. There are a few high profile persons now investing in Anthrax vaccine production. Murtha is one of them as it appears He has succeeded in attaining a no bid contract.

Cipro is a drug used to treat Anthrax after a person is infected. Cipro is made by Bayer Company. It appears George Soros has purchased almost half of Bayer.

There are other players in this. Warren Buffet, Maurice Strong & a few other heavy hitters. Here are a few of Buffet's holdings. Click on any & see the overview to get a concept of where I'm going with this. Buffet is heavily vested in Insurance companies as well as many other diverse holdings.

So now, we have an executive order that says USPS will deliver meds in event of bio attack. We know Soros, Strong, Buffet & Murtha have stock.
We know pharmaceutical companies are racing to make vaccines. They got federal grants. We know of infections & hoaxes. All good reasons to bring and increase awareness.

As mentioned previously, Anthrax has to be inhaled or ingested. It is difficult to make airborne without a propulsion delivery system. It would have to be sprayed, circulated through a fan system or some other way to scatter the spores. Sending it in letters affects only people who come in contact therefore limits the impact. The Drum was brilliant but again limited to a drummer. Infecting drug users by tainting the Heroin or Cocaine is also brilliant but limited to drug users.

If some entity wanted to pull off an Anthrax attack how would they infect people on a mass scale? The best probability or answer would be foods eaten raw, water or air conditioning ducts.

My best gut feeling tells me lettuce. It's a food eaten raw. It can be sprayed from air using pesticide canisters. A plane spraying crops is not usually suspicious. Anyone could switch canisters.

Commercial passenger airplanes have a closed air circulating ventilation system just as many tall buildings. That would be a difficult delivery but somewhat plausable.

A water supply attack is least likely. It would cause dilution of the spores requiring a huge amount to be effective and easily detected too.

However it came about an Anthrax attack would be perfect for initiating Marshall law. The only people allowed to travel would be those under direct Executive order which in this case as shown includes the U.S. Postal Service/mailman.

Now some recent history to see how this fits the picture.
Do you remember during the campaign, Obama mentioned a Flu Pandemic?
Then we had H1N1! Then we learned Obama owns stock in Baxter who just happens to make the Flu vaccine. Obama spent Billions of Fed(our)money on Flu vaccines, purchased from a company he owns stock in. I also believe H1N1 was no coincidence so are we seeing a pattern?

As a side note remember Obama's Czars are de-population advocates. Holdren, Sunstein, Rahm's brother Ezekiel Emanuel all subscribe to this.
After Holdren suggested tampering with water supplies by putting sterilants in it how can we put it past them. It's obviously on their mind.

So in summary, are we about to have an orchestrated Bio "so called" terrorist attack? If so, are we sure it will not be from within? As I stated in the beginning it is a very disturbing thought. However based on a number of facts and in recent events such as the attempt to blow up a commercial airliner by a terrorist which now led us to all out security measures such as body scanning which also seems timely since Soros acquired a large stock interest in the company who has these, Mercury Computer Systems.

We may really need to WAKE UP AMERICA and time is of the essence!
